Service Description

This is the class for our developed youth and importantly the Adults who really want to make a go of training. The class is broken in a variety of arenas and has everything to satisfy even the most inquisitive mind. Hard, Soft, Focussed and enjoyable. The class will test you physically and mentally as we work through the finer points of Gojuryu karate do.
