Service Description

This class is deliberately aimed at the younger ones. Ideally 7-10 years old, the class is fun and full of energy. The real key to children training effectively is the enjoyment of the class. Of course us adults want the discipline, the focus, the integrity and confidence that karate will bring. The point is that they won't get way of these things if they don't stay training! So this class is the intro for the young ones. It helps with their coordination, attention and just teaches them to stand still for an hour.
