• Not engage in bullying or harassment.
• Compete fairly and uphold clean sport principles.
• Represent the dojo positively in public and online.

Professional Accreditation
• Maintain recognised Karate Australia coaching accreditation.
• Comply with Sport Australia Coach Code of Ethics.
• Maintain current First Aid, CPR and Blue Card.
Ethical Standards
• Act with integrity, honesty and fairness.
• Prioritise athlete safety over performance outcomes.
• Promote clean sport and anti-doping compliance.
• Treat all participants equally and respectfully.
Child Safety
• Zero tolerance for child abuse or grooming.
• No isolated one-on-one situations with minors.
• Mandatory reporting of harm concerns.
Risk & WHS Responsibilities
• Conduct safety inspections before class.
• Supervise sparring and contact drills.
• Maintain incident register.
