Ho Shin Do means the way of protecting the body. For the Sensei of our club, this has a much deeper meaning that just to protect the physical self from harm, it goes into the very nature of who we are as people and how we affect others.

Our instructors are all Japan trained and graded. Senior in the Japan Karatedo Federation Gojukai and registered as the Brisbane Central Dojo for the JKF Gojukai.
